Role & Responsibilities:

In the Application Sales Specialist role, you will generate conversations with & present DiTRA’s products and services to our target market. You will serve as the first point of contact for the vast majority of our new business opportunities while also managing potential upsell relationships with some of our current customers. You will generate leads by conducting cold outreach as well as social selling and company presentations. To be successful in this role you will need to be someone who takes initiative, works with accountability, and has the people / business acumen instincts to learn about a business and identify their needs.

The Application Sales Specialist role will provide opportunities for both personal and professional growth. This position is remote with a location preference of Texas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Stay up-to-date on all services offered by DiTRA. In addition, with general ERP & Digital Transformation market trends
  • Build and manage an accurate sales pipeline. Therefore, maintaining a high volume of activity. For instance, conducting 60-70 cold calls a day. In addition, selling via emails and social media.
  • Maintain routine communication with a subset of clients to assess overall satisfaction, elevate complaints and promote new offerings
  • Above all, achieve sales metrics and target revenue goals approved by DiTRA leadership


Requirements:

  • Experience using a CRM tool. For instance, NetSuite is a plus.
  • Proficient / Experienced in selling business solutions i.e. ERP or Project Management
  • Knowledgeable in processes pertaining to companies in the following industries: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
  • Ability to work as a team player. For instance, contribute in a dynamic and deadline driven environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role. However, SaaS sales experience is even better.

We’re looking for an Information Management Consultant. For this career you must be  experienced in 

  • Data & Document Handover procedures and tools
  • Engineering & Design applications – Preferably AVEVA, INTERGRAPH, BENTLEY. 
  • Data Management (data analysis, data modeling and data architecture). 
  • Document Management Systems configuration and administration.
  • Concepts of Digital Asset / Digital Twin 

Requirements:  

  • Specialized in Data Management and Document Control work process, project closeout and record retention management procedures.
  • Proven +8 years work experience in Project Information Management or similar role. 
  • Knowledgeable in processes pertaining Oil & Gas, EPC’s, Utility Companies.
  • Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In addition, a team player. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. Self-driven and organized with skills in prioritizing and time management. Travel availability up to 30%
  • Capable to work from different locations and keep focus and task oriented. 

Responsibilities:   

  • Work with customers to define data and document requirements. 
  • Identify and categorize information sources. For instance, IT applications, data bases, document vaults and similar.
  • Check data and documents against requirements and for integrity.
  • Provide reports on data and document quality and issues.
  • Administrate the supporting software applications for data and document checking.
  • Support the definition of business processes and system requirements for project and asset information management.
  • Support the implementation of processes and tools for project and asset information management at customers’ site.
  • Be accessible to consult and offer continuous support to our customers.

This role will work from customer’s site. Similarly, a home office is required. However, you will work closely with and under the guidance of our senior consultants. Therefore, it requires travel more than 50%.
